Terms of Use

Event Master is currently an 18+ Prague pilot for discovering events and connecting with people in real event contexts. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service. Keep your account information accurate and do not use another person's account.

Event information may come from organizers, venues or public event sources and can change. Check important details such as time, admission, age restrictions and venue rules with the relevant organizer or venue.

A venue or event appearing in Event Master does not by itself mean Event Master has verified ownership, organizer authority, quality or trustworthiness. Verified organizer permissions, where shown, are a separate product concept.

Going is a plan, not physical presence. Check-in and temporary presence are separate server-authorized states and may be required for particular live features.

Treat other people respectfully and obtain consent before sharing private or identifying material. Harassment, threats, sexual or non-consensual content, impersonation, scams, spam and attempts to bypass safety controls are not allowed.

Follow the Safety & photo policy. Event Master may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or permanently ban accounts when the safety or integrity rules require it.

You are responsible for the user content you submit, including profile media, event or venue media, reviews and messages. Only upload or share material you have the right to use and that does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights or consent.

You allow Event Master to process, store and display submitted content only as needed to provide, secure and moderate the relevant service feature. Content can be removed or minimized under the safety, deletion and retention rules described in the service.

Say Hi, event chat and private messaging are subject to access, consent, Block, account-status, anti-spam and other server-side rules. A private conversation is not created merely because one person requests contact.

Real-world attendance and interaction always involve your own judgment. Follow venue staff instructions and local safety requirements. Event Master cannot guarantee another member's behavior or the conditions at an independently operated venue or event.

Some events or features may require identity verification. A verified status is a limited trust signal for the checks performed by the verification provider; it is not a guarantee of a person's character, intentions, safety or future behavior.

Location is requested only for features that need presence evidence. Do not provide another person's device location or attempt to spoof, replay or bypass a presence check. You control browser location permission and can decline it, although location-gated features may then be unavailable.

Event Master may fail closed or restrict access when an account is underage, suspended, banned, deleted or otherwise ineligible for a protected feature. You can delete your account from Profile. Deletion and retained shared or moderation records are described in the Privacy Policy.

The pilot may change, pause or remove features while Event Master tests reliability, safety and product fit. These Terms may also change. Material updates should be clearly presented and, where affirmative acceptance is legally or contractually required, handled through a versioned acceptance process rather than a pre-ticked box.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

During the Prague pilot, questions about these Terms can be raised through the operator or support contact channel provided with your Event Master access. Full operator identification, governing-law wording and a dedicated legal contact must be finalized before broader public availability.
