Private parties · Online invitations

Invite your people. Keep the party private.

An invitation should tell people what is happening, when to come and how to reply. Event Master lets you create a private gathering first, then share its invitation link wherever you normally talk to friends.

Create before signing up. You choose where to share the guest link.

Three simple steps

  1. 1Choose an occasion and start time
  2. 2Create a private invitation without signing up first
  3. 3Share the guest link and follow responses

Share it your way.

Guest RSVPs

Plans, not location tracking.

Private by design

Not a public event listing.

Private link, not a public listing

Create a birthday, dinner or meetup and pass its invitation link to people you choose. The gathering does not appear in public event search or on the public map. Treat the link as private: anyone you share it with may forward it.

The practical details guests need

Give the invitation a clear title, date, time and description. Share sensitive address information only with authorized people; the app separates the private location from the limited invitation preview.

RSVPs without attendance tracking

Invited people can preview the invitation link without an account. Responding Going, Maybe or Can't go requires signing in; a response records a plan, not physical presence. The host can review responses under the applicable ownership rules.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create an online invitation without registering?

Yes. The guest-host flow supports making a private invitation before signing up. Keep the separate management link safe; it gives you control of the event.

Does Event Master send invitation emails automatically?

No automatic email or SMS delivery is promised. Copy the guest invitation link and share it yourself by message, email or another channel.

Can strangers find my party on the public map?

No. Private gatherings do not enter the public event feed or map. Share the guest link only with people you intend to invite.
